i've been currently hooked up to this, after finishing (sort of) glee!

He has a remarkable track record for solving serious crimes by using his amazing skills of observation. Jane also makes frequent use of his mentalist abilities and his semi-celebrity past as a psychic medium using paranormal abilities he now admits he feigned. He abandoned his pretense out of remorse when his attention-seeking behavior attracted the attention of a serial killer who killed his wife and daughter.

last saturday i discovered a new place to go, just to kill time.

on that particular day, the internet connection was down which left me nothing else to do but go out for lunch. this time around, we used a different route to get there, the one without the toll. there were more trucks tho but it was an interesting journey as it goes through the kampungs.

there wasn't any interesting movies to watch. this side of the peninsular, the movies which are already out in kl, will be out here a week or so later. 

*sigh*

i'll just be patient and watch them next week.

another thing i like about this place is that it has a bookstore : POPULAR. i bought a new book! :) it keeps me entertained and puts me to sleep. hehe

week 11: the librarian

how time flies. its week 11 already. 2nd week of march.and i've not blogged as often eh? wonder why? maybe i'm just not in the writing and sharing mood currently. oh well.

happy international women's day!

i didn't know this at first. anyways, if it is such a big day, how come it feels like a normal, typical day?

anyways. i'm currently going into the phase where it's time to get down and dirty. yes. i'm talking about my research. finally! ok. i might not enjoy it that much because i won't get that much free time anymore, but what the hell, i've been bumming for almost a 10 months now! pfft! 

i think i might be a bit rusty. hence, i've started hanging around the faculty more often lately. 

today's mission: find karim!

ok. here's the funny story (to me at least). i had the impression that this karim dude is an arab guy, because my sv has another MSc student which is an arab dude. so this morning i got his number and msged him asking if he would meet up with me later that day. the whole time i was msging in proper full text english, trying my best to use simple yet straightforward words. and he replied, eventually agreeing to meet up. when we did, to my surprise (a bit malu jugak) karim turned out to be a malay dude. pfft!

anyways. i spent the day doing productive things. went to the library during lunch hour while waiting for the computer lab to open. as usual, i got a bit bored and felt like cam whoring. whee~

and so. this is the beginning of the brand new busy (sort of) week. yeah. will update soon ait?

february movie review

as we know, february is the month of love and prosperity. hence, majority of the movies are all chinese. either that or i didn't have anyone to go watch it with - percy jackson and the lightning thieve. anyways. i managed to watch a few movies. not that awesome but ok lah.

how i ended my february

its been a while since i updated my blog eh? well, wasn't really in the mood and my mind was elsewhere. the last thing in it was blogging. my mind has been very serabut lately. so many things to figure out, all of which is related to life.

the final week of my february was spent with my BFFs. i went up to perlis.

road trip~ 

haha. not. tumpang diha actually. went up on the 25th Feb (thursday) and came back down on the 28th Feb (sunday). 

my four-day trip up to Perlis can be summed in two words : 

ABSOLUTELY DEPRESSING

why??

ok.no. my stay there was SUPERBLY FUN! many many thank yous goes out to yantea especially for having me around, for layaning me, despite having a test on the following monday. for introducing me to new friends, wawa and the libya gang. hahaha ;) 

thank you to alida for such wonderful hospitality, awesome car ride (after all those times me driving these two around, finally i was driven around by them! haha) alida is such a humble person but beware when she is behind wheels! she is one gangster driver! hahahaha!
