Diet: week 1

at the beginning of the week, i made a vow to myself that i would go on a diet, to lose all these holiday fats. and i was willing to go through anything and everything to do this (well, if you really know me, this is all bull.hahaha).

ok.so i'm not on a strict diet but slowly, eating healthy (this might not be as healthy as it says but healthy enough for me), exercising (slowly starting since i've stopped for over a month.pfft!) and yeah. i can't say that i've seen improvements, it has only been a week.

dieting is hard, seriously. especially when you get random cravings (i get this ALL the time! so frustrating ok?pfft!). it is weird cause you'd only get them when you put your head to dieting. pfft! you definitely have to have the will power for it all but i guess it all also comes down to eating right and living a healthy life, by definition of healthy is say NO to all those sweet sweet little temptations :)  

so hard to resist kan? 
well if you want something
you gotta try hard enough to get it! :)

anyways, lets just say that my journey just started and i sense that i've got a looooong way to go still (lets just hope it is NOT THAT long yea?) :)
