the curling cat

the curling cat

while everyone else is having their dinner, discussions or just basically hanging out and chatting noisily in the cafeteria, this particular cat (which i'm naming Ms. Leech because of the pattern of its fur and the way she sleeps reminds me of a leech.a big fat leech.ew!), was peacefully sleeping away. all curled up on a seat in the cafeteria. she wasn't really taking up much space since there aren't that many people around (not as crowded). the weather, which was currently raining, seems to be the perfect atmosphere for the cat to mind its own business and snooze away~ :)

i wish humans were as carefree as cats are.

but then if so, we would be walking on all fours. we would be licking ourselves instead of bathing. we would be practically naked (fur coats don't count as clothes.do they?) we would be purring and meowing instead of talking and singing n screaming. we wouldn't even know how to identify the rights from the wrongs. we wouldn't be having a mind that work wonders either. we wouldn't know what shame nor humble is.

but then again, lately in the news we see/hear/read about people throwing away babies that are only weeks old. people killing innocent people left, right and center heartlessly. being super selfish in so many ways i can barely describe in words.

a cat wouldn't do all this, would it?
despite it not having a common sense to differentiate between the rights and wrongs.

yes. people can behave like animals. or even worst at times.
(but not cats namely. cats are tame. most of the time. hehe)

but i always wondered how the world is seen, how humans look like from the eyes of a cat.
that would be interesting to know, wouldn't it?
might be scary as well.
*shrugs*

the point is?
i just wanted to share with u this picture of the curling cat.
i personally think its super cute! :)

xoxo
