  — DERIVATIVES trustable adjective trusted adjective.
  — ORIGIN from Old Norse, strong.

how a five letter word, such a small word can carry a huge, heavy and important meaning.
trust.
its the main key in almost everything. everyday we have to put our trust in something. parents trusting you to do the right thing. everything. trusting your car to be able to take you from point A to point B, trusting yourself to behave and to trust your friends with secrets, trusting others that they are telling you the truth and not lie. trusting someone who has your heart, trusting them to take good care of it and not to crush it.

trust. trusting. trusted.

it is sooo hard to gain someone's trust yet it takes merely seconds to lose em. right? yeah.

i lost my trust in the insurance company. trust, respect and everything else. out the window! stupid stupid lady. first of all, she is not even the manager but she was acting like one. i consulted the issue with the manager already, yet she was making a big fuss. secondly, she insulted my car! WTF?? and i quote, "..if you were driving a BMW and they insured your windscreen at only rm450, of course i would say that you are under-insured. but your car is only a viva. it is not under-insured.."

and i cursed and cursed and cursed.

so what if it was just a viva?? i'm paying you to cover me right? btw, i checked with the mechanic, a viva windscreen ONLY is rm330, plus the mold, glue and workmanship, the total came up to rm500++ which does not include tinting. total was about rm800++

ok. its not like i don't have the money to pay. really. i don't mind. good enough they are paying half of it. but then, you don't have to discriminate us. just because i drive an effin viva. pfft! she looked at us as if we were beggars who couldn't afford to fix the car.

thirdly, she blamed us for not figuring out the price of everything for them to insure the car when we bought it. WE were suppose to give THEM a quotation. wth??? isn't it YOUR job to FIGURE that out?? if i were to figure that out, i would be working in your place instead of you! if i were to find my own quotation, i might as well open my own insurance company!

bodoh! bodoh! bodoh!

it was raining. so we chilled in the office a lil longer. not that we wanted to. the rain was superbly heavy and i was parked quite far. the lady was like..uneasy with our presence. she was like, what else? whats wrong? why are they still here? she had that look! its not even her ****ing office!

argh!!

i was sooo pissed off that day. so was my mum. we were sooo gloomy. thank god it was raining. sort of cooled us down a bit. a tiny bit. je.

being angry at someone really just drains all the energy in you, you know?
*sigh*

definitely a different insurance company next year.
trust.
that's the word.

xoxo
